Why is the linear guide irreplaceable in mechatronics? what is the reason?
It is necessary to accelerate the industrialization of China's rolling functional components. Rolling functional parts products include: ball screw pair, rolling linear guide pair, ball spline, ball guide sleeve, linear motion part, coordinate table, self-locking device, etc. It is characterized by "rolling", high efficiency and large energy. Saving, precise positioning, precise positioning, etc.
Quick response to CNC commands and high-speed, synchronous and reversible transmission functions are irreplaceable key components of CNC machine tools and mechatronics products, and are also important basic components that conform to the concept of ecology and environmental protection in the 21st century.
Although their products are small, they integrate many key technologies for manufacturing precision parts. They have a high degree of standardization, serialization, generalization and a broad market, which is very conducive to the organization of specialized mass production. Currently, there are 50 rolling functional component manufacturers (excluding Taiwan Province), research institutes and universities in China.
There are 3 research institutes under the company. There are 48 companies that produce ball screws with an annual output value of 650 million yuan, and 6 companies produce rolling linear guides (4 of which produce ball screws at the same time), with an annual output value of 150 million yuan.
Among the 50 enterprises, 6 enterprises have large scale of production, complete technical equipment, large output, and many varieties, while the rest are small in scale, low in output, and single in product category. Domestic rolling functional components have been used in many areas of the equipment manufacturing industry: up to Fengyun-2 satellites, missile guidance systems and space capsules.
Transmission devices, radar devices, airport equipment, down to all kinds of CNC machine tools, IT industry, metallurgical equipment, railway vehicles, nuclear power plants, plastic machinery, medical equipment, etc.
