1. Calibration of machine level.
Requirements: Use two equal height measuring blocks and a marble measuring ruler on the installation base surface, and put a precision level meter to adjust the level of the base. The base is required to be convex (23 grids).
2. Inspection of the roughness, flatness, straightness and appearance of the guide rail installation base surface.
Requirement: After the horizontal adjustment is completed, the laser interferometer must be used to measure the flatness of the main guide rail installation surface (we usually use a guide rail surface close to the right column as the main guide rail). The flatness allows {{0}}.05mm convexity per 10m, and the full stroke is straight. The degree of convexity is allowed to be 0.03mm. The roughness requirement is 1.6, and the appearance has no casting defects.
3. The chamfering of the mounting base surface of the guide rail and the reference mounting surface of the guide rail side.
Requirements: The chamfer radius is less than or equal to 3.5mm. If the chamfer is too large or protruding, it should be treated with oilstone and files in time, otherwise it will cause poor installation of the guide rail accuracy or interfere with the slider.
4. Machining of locking threaded holes on the mounting base surface of the guide rail.
Requirements: Confirm whether the position of the mounting screw holes is correct, the center distance of each connected screw hole 120mm is greater than 0.1mm or less than 0.1mm; in order to ensure high-precision screw hole processing, it is required to select CNC equipment for positioning processing.
5. Inspection of the guide rail after unpacking.
Requirements: Check whether the guide rail has a certificate, whether it is bruised or rusted, clean the anti-rust oil, and remove the burrs, bumps and dirt on the assembly surface.
